Memphis Area Prevention Coalition/SafePoint Syringe Services Program, and Community Advisory BoardSpecific Aims
"Guided by the CFIR model, we will convene a local and culturally informed Stakeholder Collaboration Advisory Board (SCAB) to a) understand determinants of awareness and uptake of HIV and opioid overdose prevention services in the Shelby County Black community; and b) develop a culturally sensitive, focused intervention package and implementation strategy to increase awareness and uptake of harm reduction services provided by the Safe-Point SSP. Conduct a pilot trial of the intervention over approximately 6 months, gathering data at the consumer, implementation, and service levels to determine acceptability and feasibility of the implementation strategy, and determine whether reach (uptake) of harm reduction services can be increased in Memphis-area Black non-injecting people who use opioids at risk for HIV."Integrating Brief Narrative Therapy in Low Barrier Clinics to Enhance HIV Prevention
